Whether you have shipping and purchasing concerns or you'd like to learn more about our products, you'll find that info here! Shipping / Orders

1) What is the cost of shipping?
When you spend $50 or less on V2 Heart-Crafted Cosmetics, we have a flat shipping rate of $4. If you spend greater than $50 on your order, we'll ship it to you free of charge!
2) Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently offer international shipping through our website, but we do offer shipping to select international locations if you work with our shipping gurus over the phone. Simply call our customer service line at (844) 619-0032 or email HelpingHands@V2FromA2.com, and we will let you know if we are able to put together a special international shipment.
3) Where are V2 products sold?
V2 products are sold online (you’ve found us!), at Vis-a-Vis Salon & Spa, and at the Vis-a-Vis Acne Clinic. If you’re ever in Ann Arbor, please drop by and check out how V2 does brick and mortar.
4) What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards for online purchases. If you’d like to come to our spa or acne clinic to purchase in person, we also accept cash and check.
5) Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely. We love our guests and take their safety seriously. Our site is powered by Shopify, so providing your credit card information comes with all of the security supported by Ecommerce. If you don’t want to provide your credit card online, you can always give us a call at (844) 619-0032 and one of our team members will help you place your order.
6) Can I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel or change your order within 2 hours of purchasing. Simply contact us at (844) 619-0032 and we will work with you to issue a return on the order and/or exchange what you’ve purchased for something else. If you're unable to reach someone via telephone, simply email us at HelpingHands@V2FromA2.com and we will be happy to assist you as soon as we possibly can!
7) Who should I contact if I’m having technical difficulties with my order?
Our team is dedicated to ensuring you have the best possible experience with our company, and that extends to our technology! If you’re ever having an issue, call us directly at (844) 619-0032. If your concern is less pressing, email us at HelpingHands@V2FromA2.com.
8) What’s your policy on charitable donations?
We love to give! Any organization we’ve donated to knows how much love and attention we put into all of our donations. Giving back to those who’ve given us so much makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside. All of our donation requests go through our parent business, Vis-a-Vis Salon and Spa. Once you’ve filled our your Donation Request Form your information will be forwarded straight to our Creative Director, Amanda, who makes it her mission to create lovely, personalized donations! 9) Do you offer gift certificates?
Not currently. Although, we are happy to work with you to put together a custom order. Whether it’s Mother’s Day, a birthday, or a Tuesday, our team is happy to help you put together something personalized for someone special. Contact us at HelpingHands@V2FromA2.com
10) What’s your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your heart-crafted purchase! If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you simply don’t love it, we will work with you to make it right.

1. If your product arrives damaged or defective … Whether your scrub was scrambled in the mail or your lotion leaked, we want to fix it! If your purchase shows up on your doorstep damaged or defective, email our customer support team HelpingHands@V2FromA2.com and we will work with you to replace it or issue you a refund. Simply attach your original receipt to the email and let us know what happened within 30 days of purchase and we will do what we can to make it right. Please allow for 2 weeks* processing on all returns/exchanges. We are a small company doing our best to make our customers happy! We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. If you just don’t love it … Not every product is for everyone! If you purchased a product that you just aren’t in love with, we want to know about it. Email our customer support team HelpingHands@V2FromA2.com within 30 days of purchase and we will make sure you are taken care of. We’d be delighted to connect you with one of our V2 Estheticians who can recommend a product better suited to your skin. They adore playing matchmaker! After you’ve found The One, we will put the cost of the returned purchase toward your new purchase. You’ll only be responsible for paying the difference in cost + shipping. Please allow for 2 weeks* processing on all returns/exchanges. We are a small company doing our best to make our customers happy! We appreciate your patience and understanding.

*As a small batch skincare company with big aspirations, our little team has their hands full! However, our number one priority is making your experience with us an excellent one. In the rare case we are unable to process your return/exchange within 2 weeks, we will email you personally and let you know. We truly appreciate your V2 loyalty and compassion! Terms and Conditions:

• You may return any unopened V2 Heart-Crafted Cosmetics product within 30 days of purchase.

• If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase or your product has been opened, please contact our customer support team HelpingHands@V2FromA2.com and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

• If a product has arrived damaged, we will send you a return shipping label. Once we have received the damaged product, we will process your return. • We do not accept returns on gift certificates.

• All returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment..

11) How can I check my order’s status?
If you would like to take a peek at the status of your order, simply email us and let us know! We will be happy to send/resend you your tracking number. HelpingHands@V2FromA2.com.
12) What do I do if I’ve forgotten my login information?
If you've misplaced your login info, it's nbd. We keep login info on file just in case! Click the "forgot password" button on the login page and we'll shoot you an email with everything you need to get back into your account!

All of our products are based in nature and used on a daily basis at Vis-a-Vis Salon & Spa and the Vis-a-Vis Acne Clinic.We are a passionate team that cares deeply about our guests and their skin care needs. We pride ourselves on our transparency, principles, and accessibility. We offer professional, personalized esthetic advice through our awesome V2 Estheticians/Skin Care Specialists and our Selfie Skin Care Consult. Sharing our knowledge and helping you achieve beautiful, natural skin is what we’re all about.
14) Who uses V2 products?
People like you! Our products are designed for smart, savvy skin care consumers who want an awesome complexion without spending tons of time and money. V2 fans appreciate us for our dedication to the health of their skin, the effectiveness of our products, and our willingness to go above and beyond to meet (and exceed) their needs.
15) Does V2 test on animals?
Not a chance. We love our furry friends and would never test our products on them - although it would be nice if our dogs smelled of “Pemberley”, wouldn’t it? Our products are tested on consenting, knowledgeable members of our Vis-a-Vis R&D team.
16) How can I get in touch with a Skin care Specialist?
To get in touch with a Skin care Specialist, simply visit our Contact page. You can also participate in our Selfie Skin care Consult. Simply answer a few questions, upload your selfies and a V2 Esthetician will get back to you with your personalized skin care regimen.
